Results-Prompt Scripts: What They Are and How to Use Them
After completing a simulation, you can run a Results-Prompt Script to receive detailed feedback on your performance. There are two main versions:

1. Self Evaluation – Player Version
Designed for players to reflect on their own decisions. This script gives constructive, confidence-building feedback across six core skills like communication, decision-making, and emotional intelligence.
2. Manager Assessment – External Evaluator Version
Built for mentors, managers, recruiters, or coaches who observed the simulation and want to provide an honest, objective evaluation, no sugarcoating.
⚠️ Don’t use the Manager script on yourself – it’s more critical and may feel harsh without context or support.
How to:
- Download the prompt file.
- Paste / upload it into the same chat where the simulation just happened, so the AI already has full context.
- Run it and review the results.
